內容簡介Hans Lingl Anlagenbau und Verfahrenstechnik GmbH & Co. KG/DE has for more than seven decades specialized in machinery and equipment for the ceramic building materials industry. In the value creation chain in heavy clay production LINGL has specialized in the fields of cutting, drying, setting, firing, unloading, conveying and packaging. A strategic decision of the management team is to spread out this technical knowledge - where applicable - to other ceramic production segments. In the past LINGL had frequently supplied equipment, such as machinery, kilns and dryers for the refractory industry, thus LINGL's management took the strategic decision to enlarge LINGL's presence in this industry with modernized advanced technology. Frank Appel (FA), Managing Director at Lingl (Fig.1), gave us some insights to the Lingl diversification strategy.
