內容簡介Municipal wastes and refuse are incinerated at 1400-1600 deg C to suppress the formation of dioxins in a carbonization fusion furnace. It is necessary for the furnace lining to be repaired after a short period of operation because the refractories are significantly corroded by the melted ash/slag. The effect of TiO_2 additions on suppressing the formation of hexavalent chromium compounds in a composition in the Cr_2O_3-ZrO_2 system was investigated in this study.
