內容簡介Graphite-containing unburnt refractories such as MgO-C bricks and Al_2O_3-C bricks have some environment problems. Shinagawa has improved on the problems through development and application of original techniques. The new environmental friendly products line includes low thermal conductivity product called ECONOS for improving insulation efficiency and fumeless product for preventing of irritant fume generation. In this paper, the basic characteristics and actual use samples of a newly developed product are reviewed and its effects for reducing environmetal impact are described.
