內容簡介Conventional MgO-C bricks, designed to have excellent durability by containing a lot of graphite, have problems with heat loss and thermal load on a steel shell. To resolve the above problems, the reduction of graphite through the use of nano-size carbon black (hereafter called Nano CB) was investigated. This paper will present the properties of MgO-C bricks containing both Nano CB and flake graphite.
