內容簡介Specimens of Al_4SiC_4 and SiC were prepared by pulse electrical current pressured sintering at 1700 deg C, and the oxidation resistance in air and the reactivity with slag were investigated. Compared with the SiC specimen, the Al_4SiC_4 specimen resisted oxidation due to heating in air and also showed reduced the local-damage due to corrosion by slag.
