內(nèi)容簡介Silicon nitride, which is a component of silicon nitride-bonded brick and dense ceramics, is prepared by sintering of its powder, has been developed for use as mechanical parts at high temperatures. In this presentation, the fabrication of heat-resistant silicon nitride ceramics, controlling their composition, and the content of sintering additives for densification, are discussed. High temperature strength, oxidation resistance and creep resistance were investigated in this study.
