內容簡介Recently, as the consumption of fuels containing sulphur has increased in the Japan cement industry, the problem of damage to basic bricks has accelerated mainly due to increasing reactions with sulphur oxides. This paper reports our investigation of the sulphur reactions based on the analysis of basic bricks used in the firing and transition zones of a rotary cement kiln.
