內容簡介It was confirmed that the substitution of magnesia-zircon brick for magnesia brick was a suitable countermeasure against V_2O_5 attack in the regenerator of glass furnaces. The reason was because the major part of the matrix of the magnesia-zircon brick consisted of forsterite bond (Mg_2SiO_4), which was scarcely affected by the penetration of V_2O_5.
