內(nèi)容簡介It is an essential factor to maintain furnace refractory lining profile in order to reduce refractory cost. And it is an important subject that repairing the material to the correct area with the required amount of material based on the wearing profile information. This will help reduce refractory consumption and also improve productivity for the steel making process. In the past, maintaining furnace profile has been judged by the experienced eyes of the steel-maker. And doing hot repair maintenance has also been controlled by skilled workers. Recently quantification of refractory lining thickness is required to improve operational safety and overcome the guesswork of experienced workers. This issue presents laser refractory measurement technology and automatic refractory hot maintenance system.
